Degreaser panel wipe for pre cleaning of body panels prior to paint application.

Panel wipe, degreaser, anti silicone wipe or solvent wipe or whatever you may call it, is used for decontaminating the surface to be painted of grease and grime, paint surface decontamination is done by using two of the specified wipes in the WIPES department one for wiping the solvent on then one for wiping off,  which therefore eliminates silcones from the surface which in turn reduces the risk of fish eyes and other paint defects.
